| How to access the Welcome Room
This workaround can get you into the Welcome Room using an .spt file on my public box.net folder.

Instructions:
MESSAGE: This workaround will not ban your penguin. It is involved with swfs and not perming, hacking etc.
1) Open WPE Pro.
2) Target your browser/CP Fullscreen/Flash Player.
3) Go to the Send tab on the Actions Console.
4) Open the packet and do not click the tick button. Click Start logging (Top play sign).
5) Go into a closed room (e.g. your igloo) (where no penguins are) and start walking around.
6) Stop logging (Stop sign).
7) Right click any packet and click Set Send list with this socket id.
8) Check the box and click the Send packets (Bottom play sign)
9) Click the Play sign in the pop-up.
10) Ta-da!
Please note that your map will temporarily disappear. You'll get it back when the orange penguin finishes talking about the 4 buttons on the bottom-left place.
If you get teleported to the Gift Shop, click on the Pencil button and replace 130 with 112.
